We are currently looking for:
IT Business Development Specialist  

What you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales department in developing the outbound channel
  • IT customer acquisition from Poland and Europe
  • Managing sales campaigns: include analysis, optimisation and reporting
  • Support on research and creating databases of potential customers
  • Generating prospects after determining the target group, sales channels and type of service offered
  • Building relationships with potential customers
  • Qualifying leads and arranging meetings 
  • Participation in meetings with clients and industry events (in Poland and abroad)

We are looking for you if:

  • You have experience in selling services in at least one of the areas, i.e. IT services, IT outsourcing, IT consulting, IT products, recruitment services and similar 
  • Have the ability to manage your time and work effectively remotely
  • Your English is at the B2/C1 level
  • You are communicative and able to cooperate with other departments/persons in the organization
  • You want to develop your sales skills in the IT industry
  • You have analytical skills 
  • You have a goals orientation

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge and contacts in the IT industry
  • Experience in selling services in foreign markets
  • Knowledge of basic sales tools
