We are looking for Salesforce Developer to design, developer, administer and support the major transformation of digital user experience using Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience clouds including CPQ. Client uses Copado as a deployment and release management solution for Salesforce. A key element of the role will be to resolve bugs in the current implementation and develop new features. 


  • Provide system development and administration on Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and optionally Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Work with users, product owners and team members to understand requirements, and help translate these into development tasks
  • Consult users regarding system functionality and usability to enhance user experience
  • Demonstrate application features to user and stakeholders, either face to face, or remotely
  • Follow internal processes and standards for managing software development across its lifecycle, from initial design to regular feature releases and bug fixes
  • Consistently provide accurate estimates to deliver on time and within estimate
  • Consistently deliver quality work that passes QA standards, in most cases, first time
  • Creating and running unit tests. Peer testing development of new features. Conduct manual and automated tests against work to ensure it meets customer expectations
  • Advise on opportunities for Salesforce to enhance corporate efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain system documentation


  • Demonstrable professional Salesforce development experience.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work on own initiative as well as contribute towards the team success.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • A Salesforce Platform Developer certification, CPQ qualification desirable.
  • Expert in flows and screen flows, permissions and profiles. Experience working with territories and forecasting.
  • Development in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ essential and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) desirable.  
  • Development of Salesforce CRM, including custom APEX and Lightning UI / Lightning Web Components & modern JavaScript.
  • Experience using Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code and Source Control Integration.
  • Experience using SOQL, XML, JSON, jQuery
  • Experience of Agile Methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps/CI tooling e.g. Copado.
  • Exposure to version control using Github or GitLab.
