You’ve sent in your CV and are wondering what to do next… We’re already rushing to the answer! Below you will find a little sneak peek of the template recruitment process. Of course, depending on the client and the project, it may vary slightly, but someone from our recruitment team will let you know the details.

Start-up conversation

At this stage, we will get to know each other, talk in more detail about your skills and experience, and also tell you more about us and the project itself. Additionally, we would like to know your financial expectations, availability, and conditions.

Technical meeting with the client

In the next stage, you will have an interview with the client to whose project you are applying to. You will talk about your skills in terms of future tasks, development opportunities, and expectations.

 

Sometimes you will also be asked to perform a short recruitment task or invited to an in-depth interview with the client.

Making an offer

The recruitment interviews are behind you and we have found that you are the missing puzzle of this project! We will make you an offer and arrange the organizational details.


Your recruitment process involves our entire recruitment team, but it is led by one leader – our People Business Partner, Beata Oleszczuk. She develops the recruitment strategy, manages the recruitment team, and cooperates closely with the business department.

After-hours life on New Digital Street

To create a cooperative team, we needed to get to know each other better…and it turned out that we liked each other a lot! 🙂 So we make sure that once in a while we get together and do something fun, welcoming new members to our team.
