Score Your Staffing Vendor

Seven questions, seven taps — the benchmark thresholds are written on the buttons, so you can read what "good" looks like without scoring anyone. Tap your answers and the weighted grade, verdict and bottleneck diagnostic appear. Vendor-neutral: score anyone. Including us.

Seven Taps, No Spreadsheets

Think of your last two or three hiring processes and tap what's closest — rough is fine. The first answer in every row is where good vendors live: that's the benchmark, visible before you score anyone.

Time to first CV

CVs that reach interview

Share of submitted CVs you actually invite.

Time to hire

Briefing to signed contract.

Transparency

Your feedback loop You own this one

CV lands → your feedback reaches the vendor.

The grade appears after the six vendor rows are answered. The last row doesn't score the vendor — it catches the cases where the bottleneck is on your side.

What the bands mean

Read Your Result Honestly

80%+ — keep them

A vendor performing at this level is rare. Hold the bar, and fix your own feedback loop if it's the laggard.

60–79% — remediation talk

Name the weakest dimension, agree a measurable fix with a date, and re-score next quarter.

Below 60% — replace or fix now

Per the framework: a remediation plan or a replacement. Staying put is the expensive option.
