We are looking for a Global IT Integration Manager to to join design teams.
We solve web and mobile applications for clients from many sectors, including banking, e-commerce, fintech, and automotive.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support integration-related changes across systems and stakeholders
- Maintain and update integration specifications, data mappings, technical artifacts, and supplier configuration documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional IT and business teams to gather integration requirements
- Identify and document technical and business process gaps within existing integrations
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to project setup, planning, and delivery, ensuring smooth implementation of integration solutions
- Provide the Global IT Lead with key stakeholder updates and relevant information regarding IS solutions and services
- Define technical integration solutions and ensure alignment across systems, collaborating with solution architects and delivery units
- Support demand management by validating and prioritizing new business requirements
- Oversee and approve functional and technical use case specifications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and project-specific guidelines
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues during project delivery to prevent delays and maintain service quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 4+ years of experience in a specific technology domain (e.g., software development, cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, data & analytics).
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in system integration, with 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Deep expertise in integration tools and platforms, ideally MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of modern integration strategies and API-based architectures.
- Solid grasp of data structures, with practical experience in working with data models and conducting data analysis.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with effective time management and stakeholder coordination.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit and customer-centric focus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
